Hoover Hypnosis is the virtual and physical presence for my Hypnosis practice. My physical office is located in Hoover, Alabama, but hypnosis services can be provided anywhere in the world via video conferencing, preferably using Zoom.

Hoover Hypnosis strives to facilitate positive change in the lives of its clients by using hypnosis as a tool for transformation.  I will allow you the opportunity to explore and unfold the innermost aspects of your life so that you can reboot whatever is currently not working.  And, as part of this process beyond the session hypnosis experience, I will provide you the tools and techniques you need to make and maintain the positive changes that you desire.

My name is Burtus (Jeff) Ballard and I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CCH).   I also hold a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology. To stay abreast of developments in the field of hypnosis and psychology in general, I make it a practice to take relevant training classes on a regular basis.
