My main areas of focus are helping women achieve their Weight Loss goals, and reducing the symptoms of Menopause. I also help remove phobias.

I help clients to achieve their weight loss goals by using a range of hypnotherapy techniques including the Virtual Gastric Band and the Virtual Weight Loss Jab. This helps to develop a positive lifestyle and mindset around food, control cravings, reduce portion sizes and feelings of hunger, increasing movement, motivation and confidence.

As I helped women with their weight it became clear how perimenopause and menopause plays a big part in weight gain for many women. This led me to take on advanced training to support women in reducing, or even removing the symptoms of menopause.
Using a range of hypnotherapy techniques, looking at simple lifestyle changes and including self-help techniques, I help women to turn down those hot flushes & night sweats, clear the brain fog and reduce stress, among other symptoms.

In treating phobias I never expect a person to re-experience any associated traumas. Instead I enable a client to re-evaluate the cause and to let go of the negative emotions.

I believe that if the problem lies within, so does the solution.

I am also qualified as a Quantum Journeys Hypnosis practitioner.
As a QJH practitioner I can guide clients to access Past Lives, meet Spirit Guides, communicate with their own Inner Healer, design and orchestrate Quantum Jump and maybe even visit the Akashic Records while in a deep state of trance. QJH can help you gain a deeper understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection and how to use it to overcome a wide range of issues.
