Stress and anxiety cause irrational fears, poor sleep and problem behaviors, the inability to enjoy life. I aim to empower you to not only feel better, but to get better, lastingly. With practical skills in relaxation and self-hypnosis but also techniques for more useful thinking, my goal is for you to become your own lifelong therapist.

As a CBT hypnotherapist, I have worked with hundreds of clients in the Middle East and France. While not ignoring the past, the combination of hypnotherapy with cognitive behavioural therapy focuses on the present to get you feeling better ASAP.

We start with an in-depth assessment to understand the nature and depth of the difficulty; then we plan together your treatment plan to agree on the techniques and approach right for you.

Hypnotherapy can be done in-person or online. However, no matter the treatment plan, I take an evidence-based, brief-therapy approach. All my cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy work is based studies showing efficiency in bringing at least some lasting change.

As a qualified ICF coach and General Hypnotherapy Register Acknowledged Supervisor, I coach hypnotherapy students; I also supervise individual hypnotherapist professionals, one-to-one or in monthly peer group sessions.

My university research work has focused on trauma.

Prices:

125 euros for a 90-minute CBT hypnotherapy evaluation
100 euros per one-hour one-to-one CBT hypnotherapy session
100 euros per one-hour one-to-one supervision session
